From over twenty years with cystic acne, I have more than my share of pockmarks and let's just call it "unsmooth" skin all over my face. (In addition, wrinkles and lines are beginning to appear.) ~I am a patient at your NY practice and was in for Fraxel Laser Treatment with Suzanne Wishart. I just wanted to point out to you that she's been really nice and informative during this treatment. I just received my second treatment from her yesterday and I hope to see even better results soon! ~I just wanted to thank you for sharing Suzanne's info. Becuse of that I reached out to her a while back but decided against it because she was only in NYC. After doing lots of research, and not finding a single Derm that I trusted I thought why not go into NYC. Turns out she moved to LI, 5 minutes from where I work. I have terrible sunspot damage and melasma. Long story short, I met with her last week and did my peel the next day. I just felt so comfortable talking to her. She as honest and suggested some great products (she didn't shove her own line at me like the derms do) and I immediately felt like she was the one lol. I'm still red and peeling but I cannot believe the difference. Thank you for being brave and sharing your story. I've been embarrassed for years and thanks to you I finally took the leap to fix my skin. I will continue to see her forever!!

~I had Fraxel for my face with Suzanne the laser technician and I have to say my first Fraxel experience was great!!
The whole experience which kind of scared me at first was eased as I talked to her about my skin concerns and she gave me some good advices from her own experience which I greatly appreciated. I thought she was just a consultant but she was also performing the laser treatment. She was very skilled at it I could trust her.

~I have never written a "review" of anything, I always delete emails requesting feedback on a purchase, but Suzanne is so amazing I feel compelled to let the whole world know...If you are considering laser hair removal on any part of your body trust that there is no one better in the tri-state area. I have been getting most of my body done for the last 12 years and have gone to practically every medi-spa/salon/hair removal place in the city; Suzanne was the first person with intimate knowledge of the equipment and different skin types - she immediately knew exactly what would get the best results for me and makes you so comfortable while still being totally professional and respectful.
